Important to know

We have an age limit of 20 years for accommodation at Kristianopel Resort. However, this does not apply to families with children.

Below we have specified things that are important to know when you stay with us. You can dispose of he cabin from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. For camping plots, check-out time is at 12am and check-in at 2pm. In the event of an occurrence beyond our control, we reserve the right to move you to equivalent accommodation.

When does my booking become binding?
Both parties are bound to the booking as soon as we have confirmed it and you have paid a down payment, when such must be paid, or in other cases paid the entire rent.

When should I pay?

When you have booked your plot, an invoice will be sent to your email within 1 week. When booking 40 days before arrival, you have at least one month to pay, see invoice date and amount. When booking closer to 30 days before arrival, the invoice must be paid immediately.
You can also book on our website and then pay your booking directly by card.

What happens if I don’t pay on time?

If you do not pay on time, we will cancel your order. If you do not pay on time, we see it as a cancellation on your part and then the cancellation rules come into effect. If you want to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel orally or in writing to us. If you have not signed up for cancellation protection, no refund will be made. Cancellation protection must be ordered at the time of booking and takes effect 30 days before arrival. The protection means that you can cancel up to and including the day before arrival and get the rent, with deductions for the cancellation protection and an administration cost (500 SEK), refunded in the following cases: Death, illness or accident of a serious nature affecting yourself, spouse, partner, family or fellow traveller, call-up to the armed forces or civil defence. If there is a serious event outside of your control that you could not foresee when you booked and which means that it is not reasonable to request that you stand by your booking, for example extensive fire or flooding in your home. You must be able to prove your disability with a certificate from, for example, a doctor, authority or insurance company.

What rights do I have?

If we do not provide the cabin/camping plot at the right time and cannot offer you an equivalent rental property, you have the right to terminate the agreement. We must then refund everything you have paid to us. Instead of terminating the agreement, you can request that we lower the rent. If you have complaints, these must be brought to us as soon as possible. Errors that occur during your stay should be reported immediately so that we can correct them.

What are my obligations?

You are responsible for reading through your booking confirmation and ensuring that the date and object number are correct. You must take good care of the cabin/camping plot and follow the regulations that apply. You yourself are responsible for all damages that occur to the cabin/plot and its fixtures as a result of you or someone in your party being careless. You are also responsible for ensuring that everyone who stays or visit your plot/cabin follows the campsite’s rules regarding silence, etc. If you break the rules of order, we have the right to charge a disturbance fee that corresponds to the costs we have imposed in connection with this. You may not use the cabin/camping plot for anything other than what was agreed upon at the time of booking. Nor let more people stay overnight than what was stated at the time of booking. You must clean the cabin according to instructions. If you don´t, cleaning will be carried out at your expense. (Departure cleaning can be ordered at the reception, however, no later than one week before departure.)

Natural disasters, war, strike etc.

Both parties have the right to withdraw from the rental agreement if the cabin/camping plot cannot be provided due to a natural disaster, acts of war, labor market conflict, longer interruptions in water or energy supply, fire or similar events that neither you nor we can foresee or influence. In that case, we are obliged to reimburse you, with a deduction for the benefit you may have had from the cabin/camping plot.

What if we don’t agree?

Contact us with any complaints. Keep in mind that your chances of getting a correction may decrease if you delay in complaining. If we do not agree, you can turn to ARN.

We reserve the right for possible price changes, printing errors and changes that are not yet known as of today’s date.
