Privacy Policy

What is a privacy policy?
This policy describes how we at Kristianopel Turism Handelsbolag (reg. no. 969760-0600) store, use and protect your personal data, as well as the rights you have with regard to that handling.

How do you think about privacy and confidentiality?
At Kristianopel Resort, we place great value on that you as a guest feels safe and secure with us, which also includes managing and storing your personal data. We continuously work to improve ourselves and stay up-to-date on current legislation in order to be at the absolute forefront in that regard. We take managing your personal data in a careful and responsible manner very seriously and it is a priority for us.

What personal data do you collect about me?
We collect information that helps us provide our services through Paxess to you, which includes:

E-mail
Namn
Address information
Phone number

How is that information used?
We collect this information for several reasons. Partly to make your booking and stay with us possible and as smooth as possible, but also to be able to send you information, offers and newsletters. In line with the new GDPR legislation that came into force on 25 May 2018, we will continue to collect as little personal data as possible about you.

How long is the information stored?
Information that is stored in order to be able to send out offers or newsletters will be stored with us until you withdraw your consent yourself. Data registered when booking is stored as long as you choose to be a guest with us. If you no longer want to be a guest with us and want the information to be deleted, you can contact us at any time.

Do you share my personal data with other parties?
Kristianopel Resort uses a booking system called Paxess, whose governing company is based in Sweden and is therefore also subject to GDPR legislation. We control the database provided by Paxess ourselves. No other parties have access to your personal data.

Where is the information stored?
Your information is stored on servers within the European Union and we use advanced IT systems that make the storage of the data secure.

What rights do I have regarding my personal data with you?
Right of access:
If you wish, you can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: If you believe that your information is incorrect in any way and needs to be corrected, you have the right to request it.
Right to erasure: If you want your personal data with us to be erased, you can request it, and if the law (for example, the Accounting Act) does not prevent us from deleting it, we will complete such erasure.
Data portability: You have the right in some cases to receive copies of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in order to be able to move it. This right includes personal data if the data subject himself has provided them to us and the legal basis is either consent or that there is an agreement.
Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to share your information or to receive our marketing, newsletter or other mailings at any time. Either by unsubscribing in, for example, the newsletter or by contacting us directly.
Complaints: You can lodge a complaint directly with us or with the Data Protection Authority, which oversees the application of the new legislation, if you believe that we are processing your personal data in breach of the Data Protection Regulation.

If you want to exercise one or more of these rights, you can contact us by email (camping@kristianopelresort.se) or telephone (0455-36 61 30) and we will help you.
